About

i-contemporary was set up in 2011 to bring together artists to exhibit at art fairs such as the Affordable Art Fair in Hampstead, North London and Battersea in South London.

There are common overarching themes in the work, though inspiration varies. It could be a desire to articulate a sense of place in the landscape. Or inspiration from a time, an emotion or from powerful memories. The ideas are resolved in very different ways by each artist. The artists who exhibit with i-contemporary are carefully selected for the integrity in their practice, distinctiveness, high quality and professionalism shown in their work.

i-Contemporary exhibits the work of artists who have a focus on works on paper, including unique one- off mono prints, original hand -made prints, collages, watercolour paintings, and mixed media works. Prices are between £100 and £10,000. If you see something you like but it is sold or not quite the right size, please don’t hesitate to contact the artist to discuss a commissioned piece.
